Biltmore Who's Who honors Tom Donnell as Executive of the year for the 2010-2011. This inclusion is limited to individuals
who demonstrate leadership and acheivement in their occupation and industry.
Auction Rules: 1-All interested Bidders will post their respective bid on bidding sheet
located at home during the Open House. (2-4 pm on designated dates) 2-Bidders will be required to meet with present
Broker at time of Open House for basic qual info.(No credit check will be required at this time) 3-Once
a bid is placed, the next bidder will have to top the bid in increments of $1,000 dollars. 4-The RR Bidding process
will take place starting at 7:00pm that Sunday evening. 5-Each bidder will be called (in a Round Robin fashion) starting
with the lowest bid first. 6-Every Bidder will have the opportunity to top the highest bidder unless they have withdrawn
from the bidding process. 7-Bidding will continue until everyone drops out and we are left with a WINNER!
